Any comment on crowns? Haven't had mine and neither have so many people. Why are support ignoring tickets on this and more importantly why are you not attempting to fix this issue which has happened since launch?

Same issue here. I got a confirmation email that my ESO+ renewed yesterday, and haven't had ESO+ or my 1500 Crowns since.
Not even an automated response to the ticket this time.

Log in and you'll probably see its been closed.
An easier solution for them would be to just create an annual sub. Cod, BF etc all have annual ones and previously this game let you buy an annual sub....but I guess that would be too easy.
