XB1 NA Eso plus monthly crowns

Is anyone else not receiving there monthly ctowns for subscribing? I sent in a ticket 4 days ago and ya no response

They are ignoring 99% of posts, comments and tickets relating to crowns.

Any comment on crowns? Haven't had mine and neither have so many people. Why are support ignoring tickets on this and more importantly why are you not attempting to fix this issue which has happened since launch?

Same issue here. I got a confirmation email that my ESO+ renewed yesterday, and haven't had ESO+ or my 1500 Crowns since.

Not even an automated response to the ticket this time.

Not even an automated response to the ticket this time.

Log in and you'll probably see its been closed.

An easier solution for them would be to just create an annual sub. Cod, BF etc all have annual ones and previously this game let you buy an annual sub....but I guess that would be too easy.

No, it's still marked as Unresolved.
To be honest, I am expecting the "We are too busy to help you" automated brushoff. But time will tell.

If it's not resolved by the weekend, Xbox will help me cancel it for a refund, and I just won't play any of the DLC, I guess.

At least I will be able to do writs again, in that case.

Folks...

1. The Xbox One store is I going a huuuuge change so due to the fact that ZOS has yet to have ESO plus actually appear in the store and on Xbox.com or via smart glass may be a result.
2. ZOS continues to not take action on numerous suggestions from over a year ago on these forums on how to better offer their sku in compliance with Xbox live.
3. Some of us have never received crowns from ESO plus and have always had to create a ticket since launch because ZOS forgot to add the sku initially.
4. They just announce a game of the year edition that includes all DLC so maybe ESO plus benefits are subject to change....or maybe it's just the above

Well this is sad to see that alot of people are having issues getting what they paid for.
