Unable to bring up one character

I can get logged on to the character selection page. and then there is one character that times out (error 330(6:3:1470:2) every time for over an hour. I can bring up other characters on same account.
Background: I was playing the character when I had a internet glitch and I had to reboot my intire system. after everything was back the above started.
Please help.

It seems to me that we have the exact same problem. I've contacted support but did no received any answer yet. It could be some kind of bigger issue that needs to be addressed.

Did you happen to log out of these characters in Wrothgar? Although that is not as much an issue for the PC, it can cause you to have issues logging back in to them on the Xbox1.
