ZoS, please help ASAP.
For some reason, my account cannot use my guild stores, access my guild banks, send in-game emails, whispers, or communicate within a group. (I can communicate in guild chat, though) My wife (who also has an account) can't receive any emails or whispers or group chat from me either. Her account is working perfectly fine. She received an in-game email from me earlier today- but then, randomly, everything stopped. I submitted a help ticket... but nothing's happened. I tried submitting a help ticket via this website and it tells me that my account isn't found. I quite literally selected "reset my password" (just in case I forgot it) and Zenimax sent me the email to my account email on file. HOWEVER, after I go through the process of entering a new password (and it's been accepted), I try to log in with my new password and I get an error that says "Account not found". I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU!!! I don't like paying for two subscriptions a month if I can't even access the "multiplayer content". Please fix this ASAP.
