Random NPC Dialogue

Am I the only one that hears very loud random NPC chat... Even when there aren't any NPCs around? Just riding through the country side, only beetles and stuff, and I hear, quite clearly, 'That's what HE said!'. I was laughing too hard the first time, but later, heard it again in a dungeon, and recorded it, have to figure out how to upload it sometime... But, read that maybe others are hearing odd dialogue as well?

I'm just trying to have a fun/funny conversation in the general discussion, instead of nothing but 'Nerf this class'(probably should be in a class discussion area), 'This ability is broken'(maybe in a bugs/glitches area), or any of the other stuff that honestly shouldn't be in the general discussion area. I'm not complaining about the odd stuff that is obviously not supposed to be heard (IE the "Hey Mr Fancy Pants" thing?)... Just wondering what odd/funny dialogue is actually being heard in game where it obviously isn't supposed to be heard. Just trying to have a FUN discussion.0

SolarCat02✭✭✭✭✭There's this one part of the Grahtwoot wilderness where this conversation between three people follows me around, at the same volume, regardless of where I am.
I haven't been able to figure out what the conversation is about. They talk about getting revenge, then end with one apologizing about how it's all his fault.
In my head I imagine they are setting out to murder someone, but the instigator's brother dies in the failed attempt.
But in all truthfulness, I have no clue.Why be normal when you can be better?
