Is the dungeon finder broken? Hour+ queue for a Tank?

Several days now, at all different times of the day (level 44), I queue up for a random dungeon run as a Tank and the queue is at 1 hour+. Really??????

It's broken right now. It seems to work okay when nobody is online but the more people who queue using it, the longer the queue times, regardless of role.

It broke with Dark Brotherhood. I am really hoping they figure out how to fix it soon.

They put out a fix every week, none has worked.

It's been broken for a month now. It's a feature now and not a bug. They are reducing PUG irritation levels.

I'm pretty sure it's been bad for a while

There's no excuse for any role (healer, tank, dps) having to wait hours in queue.

Tank queue is full of dps pretending to be tanks. Only healers get through.

At level 44 you'll only be able to do normal dungeons. Many people don't do those at all, even for silver key pledge. Also, if you're queuing for a specific dungeon that's not the daily, even fewer people will be doing it. Try queuing for a random dungeon, it's usually faster than specific ones (and you get a nice XP boost at the end).

Actually, DDs are a dime a dozen. Everyone and their dog just wants to go pew-pew in this game. It's kind of natural that it takes longer to find a spot for DD. And when people subvert the system and queue as different roles than what they're geared up for, it makes it that much harder. Still, I don't usually have problems when I queue with my tank or healer. As DD I just queued for a random dungeon and got a group in seconds.

That's why i couldn't find any party for half of the day on Saturday.

I queued as 3 roles and still waited for 30m+ before gave up.
