I managed to get into the Auridon manor near Mathiisen by streaking onto the back wall, here are some pictures:

And I also attempted to get into the Craglorn house, but was prevented by invisible walls. Got this picture though:

There arent any stables at the Mathiisen manor. I couldnt see one at the Craglorn house either, but there are paths leading behind the house, who knows if there is something there.
