Most abilities scale off of the resource used to cast them. Why does it have to be the exact opposite with shields? I agree that shields that scale off of health are necessary for tanks, but why is everybody so against a shield scaling off of magicka or stamina?
Somebody so much as suggests bone shield scaling off of stamina, everybody flips their s and starts screaming "NO, THAT'S TOO OP!"
I mean come on, with things as they are, it's set up so that only tanks are even capable of benefitting from shields. Healers and DPS that rely on magicka and stamina only get a tiny shield that can hardly block anything.
In my opinion, reducing the duration and preventing people from stacking them up was enough. Give stamina players bone shield back, and give one to the magicka dudes as well.
Is just one shield for the other two resources too much to ask?
