Undaunted Chests and RNG

I noticed in the patch notes that that are going to be increasing the drop rate of shoulders in silver and bronze chests. I was wondering if they are going to do something about the RNG and prosperous and training traits? I would say since the release of DB I get those 2 traits 95% of the time (no joke, I made a list of what I got).
Also on RNG and undaunted chests there seems to be a huge discrepancy in what shoulder drops as well. Out of the 63 gold keys used since DB I have received mainly Maw, Mephala and Nerein'eth and of those 63 keys only 3 Molag Kena and 1... only 1 engine guardian shoulder. (I will admit, I am a bit bitter of the current spread of drops because I have a couple tanks that would use Engine Guardian yet the one I got was light armor and prosperous)
Therefore I ask, are these issues being addressed in update 11 or just the drop rate of shoulders in silver and bronze chests?

Darlon✭✭✭✭✭Prosperous and training should just be scrapped from endgame loot. It just doesn't make sense and is actually an insult towards players0
