Missing crafting items

I seem to have lost 33 different types of crafting items since the last patch.
Some runes have gone completely as have some provisioning materials. Whilst other materials like tempers I have lost most of but not all. Interestingly anything with a smaller stack has been less effected so to this point I have not lost any high level materials, tempers etc.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Odakota✭Yes, i have this problem, too
With patch 2.4, imiss all my crafting matz for smiting an taylor include all (dozends) of tempers. After the thief Guild Patch the craftin matz from all my bank chars where empty, also the crafting bag. Yes i'm ESOplus member.
i sendet several tickets to suport. Since 18. June i get no more answers. in the german forum i postet all the ticket numbers to ZOS Kai Schober, but there is also no reaction.
All my collectet materials from 2 year gaming are lost! I think, it's a good time to leave.0
