Maybe not give full rewards for 2/3. But also an option to increase the group size to say 5 or 6 and scale the mobs appropriately.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Yes, adding your suggestion as an option to existing content would be great if possible. It would allow activity finder people to get into dungeons more often with smaller groups as opposed to matching up the current 4. It's kind of a bummer when we have 6 peeps who have to split into two groups of 3 to run the same Undaunted.
I was also thinking for 2 players something smaller scale like a Kvatch arena might work. Just you and a bud go in to get exp, item drops and whatnot, with the content being more difficult than lengthy though.
Just gonna throw this out there: Imagine a dungeon/arena that was 2 player co-op that had you survive waves of enemies, but then forced you to fight each other in the final round. Winner gets better rewards. Of course the surprise gets ruined the second time you go in (or if someone spoils it), but watching another guy fight with you for a while before dueling him could still make it interesting and fun.
