CAN'T USE POTIONS WHILE MOVING

This is a terrible change, not even sure if it was intended.. But, if it was, where is the logic in this train of thought?

My character can call down meteors from the sky, but can't drink while walking.

    Nope, it is intended. We posted at least 5 posts against it in PTS, but ZOS did not bother.

    It's ridiculous having to come to a complete stop just to take a damn potion...

    Nope, it is intended. We posted at least 5 posts against it in PTS, but ZOS did not bother.

    Check Patch Notes 2.4.7. They fixed an issue where potions weren't usable while moving.

    Found it, thanks. Although, on console we haven't had this patch yet. Hopefully it's coming...
