Ask Essa-kh how running around Cyrodiil as emperor a week or two ago meant nothing as Krotha and his soldiers hunted him down, toyed with him, and left him with possibly maybe two or three breaths left in his lungs before passing.....

It's no longer enough that Essa-kh is part of FENGRUSH's biceps army. Essa-kh must evolve. He must take his next form. Evolve into Bicepssa-kh.

Edit: Why haven't Boss Tuggles and Bound Azurethe become Boss Biceps and Bound Biceps respectively yet?

So it is 5598+CP+Skills+30%. This set would heal way more than what the base number is. I do not consider this to be broken. Seems to be working as it is designed. Also seems to be the best way (As a tank class) to counter the horde of night blades running around in Cyrodill.

Instead of saying it is broken. I would suggest asking for it to be re-designed.

I really do not see the issue with having a set that protects you from being ganked in Cyrodill/IC a certain % of the time. Also to really max this out and survive almost anything you would really have to sacrifice lots of damage. I saw a video of a person using this set and he did take a beating from about 10 people , but he did not kill any of them and died to the group within 30 seconds. I am not saying that in another video this person would not have killed someone, but it seems that survival is what this set gives and restricts the amount of damage you are going to put out.

I've used this set since the patch. it's not nearly as powerful as it was. i don't understand what people are *** about.

You know, the server where a certain faction with a nudity inclined racial choice all but begged organized guilds who ran larger groups (some noted for being barely above PUGs in skill) to depart from so that they could have a fair shot a fighting when other people were logged in?

Not that khajiit would ever claim that their own B grade guild was a major reason certain factions fled into imperial city during certain times but this one would think that some people would not wish to bring attention to their own exploits after pleading so extensively for mercy.

After all, it might make them look bad on this internets and thus lead to people laughing at the silliness of all the stroking and pumping being done to keep certain things inflated.

But if so, and this is about such peoples then remember that some people who are as bad as Telel need all the help they can get just to hold a sliver of pride in minor accomplishments.

Like I said, please dont be mad. You win some and lose some. Maybe try to practice your group coordination. I can send you an invite to my guild and let you listen on my ts. Just try not to run into a resource over and over again without some sort of plan. I enjoyed the ap but Id like to help you out to promote more competitive fight.

Didnt you blame bugs on your defeat? Didnt we test them out after and realized that they fixed cloak and my AoE was keeping you out. Fluke? And PTS? what gear were you testing out? We were using the same builds PTS or not. Yes, I didnt give you a rematch because why? So you can keep trying till you win? I already said beating you made me feel all warm and fuzzy.
