Fix Clouding Swarm.

Edit:
Incase more information is needed - Enemies in PvP can target you with single target abilities whilst you are in clouding swarm. This has been an issue since Thieves Guild patch. Prior to TG the only thing that would make you visible was a piercing mark. It was still easily counted as you could be hit by aoe abilities. Please fix it, the ulti isn't worth using if it doesn't make you invisible.

    Fix Clouding Swarm. Yes, it is bugged. I cannot use it on Live because I will be hit with single-target skills while it's active.

    I really don't understand how this skill can remain broken when it's so painfully obvious the skill doesn't work if you try to use it in PvP.

    If it isn't fixed after three months it automatically becomes a feature by ZoS' standards.
