Please, take another look at the racial balance. There are some lore inconsistencies in some passives. Also it doesn't really help balance things out since some races are left on the back of the party. Make each race have a max increase of 10% on a resource that best suits their lore. Then regen and costs reduction following the same pattern and the classic race specials like red diamond or adrenaline rush. Basically what I'm saying is to ensure all races have equal final results.
