Okay, so Im new here and Im not really educated on all the hip lingo here.
I understand that passives are skills that dont need to be set to a slot to work.
What is data mine? And what is best in slot? Is the new update really only going to effect PVP...is there a ESO dictionary with all the lingo?

As a night blade, that is what I would do to start. I personally wear 5 medium, and 1 heavy and light for the undaunted passive.

There are 7 armor slots in this game: head, shoulder, hands, chest, belt, pants and boots. You equip 5 of those with an armor piece classed as medium armor, 1 with an armor piece classed as heavy armor and 1 with an armor piece classed as light armor.0 -
