Character templates why 300 cp?

Could you give us some reasoning as to why templates are given with 300 CP? In a patch where we are expecting CP raises how are we going to be able to test the impact of this without full CP? Additionally you won't be able to balance the new dungeons and trials like this. It just doesn't make sense.

If you want players to test with 300 cp ask them to only assign 100 points in each. But give them the option to fully test your content.

Edit: I haven't checked just read the notes on the template chars. If these were incorrect and we do have full CP +1 to you guys

We have 300 CP on the PTS currently.

IIRC there is a fourth template with 531 CP, isn't there?

There hasn't ever been so far if there is problems solved

EDIT: Appears that I was going mad, there is currently only a CP300 template.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom - I expect that people will struggle to provide much insight and testing on PTS without max level characters and without the new gear sets?

This is just stupid. Especially considering that they're going to increase cp cap...
