Thought I would post this for the few folks who might still be wondering. In order to see your transaction data for eso plus on the ps4 do the following:

1. Go to your ps4 settings
2. Go to playstation network\account managment
3. Now select account information (it will take a moment to load)
4. Next click on wallet
5. Select transaction history
6. Specify time period to be displayed
7. Look for eso plus transaction

(please note that the ps4 doesn't display much more than the price charged and the date it was purchased. Also note that eso plus DOES NOT auto-renew on the ps4).

Mine auto-renewed yesterday and I wasn't expecting it. There is no way to cancel it on my PS4, the option does not appear in the services list or playstation subscriptions.

I had to phone Sony to have them cancel it for me.

I recently learned from sony-support that you can cancel any services you have signed up for by following the steps below. Please note that this is not a repeat of my post above. The steps change after number 3.

    1. Go to your ps4 settings
    2. Go to playstation network\account managment
    3. Now select account information (it will take a moment to load)
    4. Next click on services list
    5. Find and click on the elder scrolls icon
    6. Highlight and select the dialogue box that says "elder scrolls online - tamriel unlimited (monthly) subscription
    7. Now navigate to the bottom of the screen. There will be an option for you to turn auto-renew off.

I tried to make this as clear as I could, but in case it's still a little confusing let me know. Happy gaming!

That sucks. Going through sony for stuff like that can be a pain.

This used to be the process months ago - but take a look for yourself, it can no longer be done on the PS4

Actually, in order to write the steps, I had to do them first since I didn't have them memorized. Just checked again and it still works for me. I have the latest ps4 update installed too. Not sure why it is not working for everyone but I guess I'll just count myself lucky.

    Hey Silverado,

I just subbed for the first time and when I did, ESO actually mentioned the process for me to disable subs being automatic. The process was similar but instead it was:

    1. Go to your PS4 settings.
    2. Go to Playstation network then account managment.
    3. Select account information.
    4. Go to Wallet.
    5. Enter password.
    6. You should be on purchase settings.
    7. Select "No" to fund wallet automatically.

I literally cannot stop playing video games, send help.
