PTS Not Downloading

When I open the launcher my PTS isn't downloading the update correctly. It keeps crashing at 25% and tells me to restart the launcher. What's up with this? Also it isn't letting me hit Play on the Live server as well.

    Strange...I had to hit "Repair" in order for me to start downloading the PTS patch....albeit slowly (1MB/s currently).

    I can't even repair the PTS client. It just gets stuck at 38397.14MB.

    Update: I cancelled the update and attempted to repair and that too is stuck at 44000MB.
