I half expected them to give high elfs +4% magic damage too and match the cp tree, same for orcs and disease... but we will see.

For Update 11, the Champion Point cap is being raised by a small amount: 30 points total (10 in each red/blue/green constellation.)

The last gear increase was IC. It will be over a year without an increase. The game is long overdue for a gear level increase. Having said that, I don't think one is coming in this update.
