Does this include via the grouping tool, or only manually forming groups?

    What is "Group Refactoring?"

The patch notes are long, might have missed it.

FYI, "refactoring" is a term used by software developers to mean changing code to be better organized and easier to understand WITHOUT actually changing what it does or how it works. Not sure if that's what they mean in this context though.

Yah, was wondering this myself. The only relevant mention of it in the patch notes seems to be:
    Dungeons & Group Content
    General
We have rewritten the entire group management back-end to make it much more resilient to scale.

So I assume this just means to make sure everything works like it is supposed to.

Does this mean the activity finder will work now?
    Or unrelated?

I just formed my first group to do the new dungeons, we used the Group Finder for two members and had zero issues.
