FYI, "refactoring" is a term used by software developers to mean changing code to be better organized and easier to understand WITHOUT actually changing what it does or how it works. Not sure if that's what they mean in this context though.@wayfarerx - PC / North America / Aldmeri Dominion0 -

Yah, was wondering this myself. The only relevant mention of it in the patch notes seems to be:Dungeons & Group Content
General
We have rewritten the entire group management back-end to make it much more resilient to scale.
