They nerf Magic DK primary races passive. And someone nerf templars with a property tax passive.

My expectation for Dark ELF
Reduce dmg dealt with flame to 2%
Remove flame resist to Physical resist
Removed the max stam passive

    Deals 95% reduced damage against dunmer because slaves shouldn't hurt their masters

    Id rather they made all races badass (each in a different way) instead of nerfing the few good races we have now into mediocrity while buffing others to OP status just to force race change tokens purchases... but Im pretty sure this is exactly what the suits in charge will make devs do.

    Got a feeling there basically going the change the best racials, the one people have speficially re roleld for, make them worse then others then charge 2k crowns to change it.

    This is what I fear the most.

    I hope they don't touch 9% magicka and 7% fire damage on dunmers. Otherwise I'm going to submit a ticket for a free race change.

    Separate the races from their sets of passives.

    Choose which race you want and which set of passives you want.

    Done.

    Play whatever race you want and not get gimped fron doing so.

    RPer? Just pick your race's own passives and don't worry about it. Problem solved :)

    I'm thinking Nord will be OP.

    They're going to try and make it be good enough for people to actually use, but they'll make it too good and it's the only thing anyone will use.

    Probably something similar with Argonian.

    Red Guard and High elf are doomed for mega nerfs and no one worth a lick will touch them with a ten foot pole. Mark my words lol.

    Curious if Imperials will be messed with. I don't think our passives are anything to right home about personally.

    They won't touch them. Their racials are absolutely ridiculous and make people buy imperial version. Gotta keep that p2w money flowing.

    Nothing will really change. They'll probably do what they have been doing and just adjust some percentages.

    It's nice to see the people with OP races sweat a little, though. You have no idea what it's like to have utterly useless passives.

    Khajit are the ones that are really going to be screwed. They spent forever with their crit passive not working, and it will likely be nerfed or removed shortly after it finally got fixed.

    I'm fairly convinced that Dunmer are going to get hosed, I am hoping to be wrong, but there have been so many complaints about them for 2 years, that it would shock me if they didn't get screwed over in some way.

    The thing is, I actually knew my lore, you call it Over Powered, I call it being smart enough to know that Dunmer were good with fire and that other races weren't as much. I knew in Beta (based entirely on lore) that Dunmer plus any fire based skills would harmonize well together and it's hard not to be smug when other players were either too blissfully unaware, or uninformed to make the decision to do similar.

    Plus, really...if they want to balance things, they need to bring the weaker passives UP not bring the stronger passives down.

    I really want these 2 racial changes:

    Dunmer: Resist Flame: Increases Flame Resistance by 15%,Increases Max Magicka by 5%, light/heavy attacks restores 3 x magicka to player when damaging an enemy.
    Bosmer: Y'ffre's Endurance: Increases Stamina and Magicka Regeneration by 21%,Resist Affliction:Increases Max Stamina and Magicka by 3%.

    Note: I am adding a new Magicka race "Bosmer" because if you see the races of tamriel properly then you will realise there are only 3 races to magicka and more races to stamina. Also the spiners and Silvenar are more towards magicka races, in addition they are also descendants of Ayleids and worship a magical god Y'ffre.

    What do you guys think?

    I just hope they dont get it in their heads that to drive up Race Change Tokens all they need to do is go in and mess with the racials occasionally.

    Ive grown tired of the drastic changes to this game as of late.

    @Shadesofkin Out of curiosity, what were the complaints? I started playing in December and play a dunmer mdk, now im sort of worried they're going to nerf dunmer when they don't seem as powerful as redguard or altmer to me.

    Magicka and Stamina increases, Fire Damage (which still does more than the Altmer), and an inherent synergy with a class that didn't really seem to appear among the other classes. It was worse when the dynamic ult gain was the thing, but that's been gone, now they're just grumbled at as "op race" with the others. That being said, it's still concerning that it may happen. I'm really very anti homogenization.
