Toxin Doctor costume bugged or?

So, I was really looking forward to the Toxin Doctor costume. I got it for 1k crowns a few moments ago and something felt odd right away... My chest looks like a bloated belly of a very obese man.
I love the game, but I'm getting tired of all the bugs, latency issues, and broken promises.
Quite some time ago there was this topic about bloated chests on female characters, I remember reading that it will get addressed... We are looking at the same bloated females since Orsinium was released and still nothing...
Is it another visual bug to stay for ever? Like the blacked eyes on so many helmets? Those used to be see through a millennia ago... That was supposed to be fixed as well...

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.1 -

Wasted 1000 crowns, I refuse to wear that -_-
Months go by and every reply seems to be !it's a known issue, we are working on it", yet nothing gets fixed, people are getting CP 160 reward messages every other hour, females are bloated, helms are from the dark side, latency often spikes for no reason, frequent FPS drops. missing NPC's in quests (they are back after relogging). It just keeps piling up...
DLC's are getting smaller and smaller with less content.
I'm just getting overwhelmed by it today... I don't want to leave ESO, but this is kinda setting me on the path...

✭✭✭✭✭It's a baggy costume presented in two ways.
For men, it's more like a button-up shirt with loose jacket.
For women, it's a corset top that takes some of the weight off the waist and redistributes it higher on the torso. The jacket is just as baggy as the male's but the male top give the costume a box shape while the female top gives it a slight v-shape (look at the upper six buttons as reference).

✭I hadn't decided if I was going to get this. The IDEA is great, and most of it looks great. But I am not a fan of how the actual face mask turned out. But that is mostly because I like the longer/wider style better. Part of the appeal is the creepy factor. This one does not creep me out at all. But I do like the rest of it, so I will have to try it out tonight after work and see how it looks ON. I don't think the front view is bad, but its hard to tell on the side view because its a bit dark. Completely agree. When i saw it on the crown store showcase I was pretty excited 'cause it looked pretty creepy but in game it just looks kinda... weird and silly.

✭✭I will have to agree that the costume looks crappy on female characters.
I suppose I could pretend that it is not a corset, but thick armor guarding the stomach of my female characters, but I don't like the look so I am not buying it.
It looks pretty good on my male characters though... I know it would be lore breaking, but I would buy it if it came with a Victorian top hat and goggles.Playing since beta...1 -

Both, if you look at the picture showing the front, you'll notice the female one is different in the chest and belly area. Unfortunately, the armor does not fit the chest, but is bloated at the moment. Nothing looks good on women in this game. After caving to insane feminist rants about how all women are sexual objects or something and scrubbing their boobs windows out of all their gear...they've gone ahead and flattened breasts out for anything left with cleavage at all. They just don't look right from the front. The point out to the sides and look flat somehow. I don't know. They just don't look great.
What they've done to breasts/women looks a lot like what WoW had to do with all Undead for China in WLK. Just weird patch jobs that don't mess right and look silly.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭It seems to be a somewhat stiffer and more protective material, and that's what I'd expect the outfit to look like on someone with a large bust. Never mind that a lot of the early-game metal armors were breast-hugging skin-tight deathtraps, that's long been considered more of a problem than a desired feature.Men'Do PC NA AD Khajiit
