    How much will it cost?

    That is the question.

If Imperial city cost is 2500 then I should expect it will be lower than that.
    Probably 2000. LOL

Cyrodiil town capture will be fun.

These dungeons were datamined with the Vvardenfell datamine, so hopefully, fingers crossed Vvardenfell is Q4.

It's okay, definitely excited for new dungeons, but ... The DLC's are getting smaller and smaller.

Here's hoping the Q4 DLC is larger.

Mat Firor said they were going to be smaller and more often he called them episodes this was from an interview on IGN. We will be getting 3 more that includes One Tamriel in the fall.

Well, given my experiences so far I can theorise that the next DLC will probably....
    1. Have its content located in a zone the size of Betnikh.
    2. Reveal an area mentioned in the official lore, but in an uninspired and boring way; making you wish it had never been actually revealed.
    3. Reveal a character mentioned in the official lore, but in an uninspired and boring way; making you wish they had never been actually revealed.
    4. Include a blue-particle-farting beast mount in the £20+ collector's edition.
    5. Include a blue-particle-farting skeleton polymorph.
Or I could be wrong. I really hope I'm wrong. :)

With race change, will there also be racial rebalancing? I find it interesting that they do an Argonian themed dungeon along with race change, probably in an attempt to stem the flood of Argonians changing to other races.

The Argonian racial passives have been bad for far too long. This is the chance for ZOS to finally do the right thing and overhaul the damn passives, completely change them. Enough of these pointless percentage adjustments, give us at least one entirely new passive that doesn't suck. This has been discussed ad nauseum for the last two years. The ideas are out there. It will make me sad to have race change come and feel no choice but to abandon my beloved Argonian for greener racial-passive pastures.

I imagine all the people on console who named their characters names they never thought would see the light of day like Buttlord McPoopyhead would want the opportunity to, ah, rethink their decision.

I hope using current hairstyles and adornments is an in-game gold thing, though. I'd like to change my Argonian's fins to a different one that exists in the game, but I don't want to spend money on it...

The next update (and base game patch) don't really sound of any interest to me, in that I have no interest in group dungeons or the barber shop, but I'm delighted that ZOS aim their updates at different audiences and it was time for a group-friendly one.

That would be fair for two dungeons, in my opinion. More than 1500 would be questionable.

I am less excited than I thought I would be, since the article doesn't mention anything regarding hair colors. But I still have other uses for the barbershop in other characters.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Whatever it costs, it's a safe bet that some will claim it's too much. Then again, with separate Crown Store purchases required for those things included in the base game patch rather than the paid-for DLC there will be all the usual talk of double-dipping from those who'd rather not pay anything at all.

Argonian dungeons and Barber Shop for Q3.
Clockwork City (Trial?) w/ accompanying zone (hopefully) for Q4.
    Player housing for Q1 2017.

    Those are my predictions.

This has been a long time coming. It is sad for me to say it, but I am actually ready to abandon my Argonian. I'm tired of posting about their *** passives and pleading with ZOS to make appropriate changes. I'm ready to quit complaining about the passives and just *** switch already. Goodbye *** potion passive!! And hello to a stat boost that actually matters. Free at last, free at last! Thank Akatosh, Almighty, I will be free at last.

I'm pretty excited about dyeable costumes. That'll increase their value quite a bit. Like many people, though, I'm wondering whether the barber shop will be a cash shop thing. I'm of the opinion that the smartest way for them to implement it is to let us pay gold for hair style changes, then have the "premium" styles be things that are permanently added to the gold-based the barber shop's menu. That'd give the hair premium hair a lot more value than it has in something like Guild Wars 2, where you pay every time you want to change it.

I am hoping the smaller amount of new content means they are also taking the time to stabilize the game so it is playable again before adding more complicated content . Also hoping it means a giant zone (Wrothgar sized, without the crashing) is still in the works.

New dungeons will be nice. Also excited about the up scaling of the lower level trials and associated sets. I want a CP160 Master Restoration Staff in my inventory. :)

... I am also very nervous about the DLC though. Each new DLC has made the game more and more unstable. At this rate it's only a matter of time before I won't be able to play anything in the game.

Gimme a new wrothgar sized zone a group dungeon maybe a public and a trial a hefty amoubt of quests and a story

Yeah the last few zones has been rather small and underwhelming. A giant swamp with group dungeons, public dungeons, a bunch of world bosses with dailies etc etc, that would be a welcome surprice for once.

Well spell crating is a combat system that can bring more imbalance to the already difficult balance that we have today with combat. The barbershop is system of aethstics that players want and does not cause problems with combat. Plus Zos can make money off of it. It makes plenty of sense why Zos finish this before spell crating. That is just headache waiting to happen.

... While this makes logical sense, then I am wondering what my vampiric hireling keeps talking about, with the Vigilant of Stendarr that kidnapped their household servants?

SpellCrafting initially was an idea from previous developer who (sadly) left zos few months after the game launch. I dont think current developers are capable in doing that project as they already messed up in balancing the combat system.

I am personally pretty excited about it! I know it is kind of small in regards to new content, but some really well done dungeons sounds fun to me.

What has me VERY stoked is the addition of text chat along with making more trials relevant again and more stuff to do in Cyrodiil is always a plus in my eyes.

It seemed they were doing a small/big/small pattern with added content initially so this being a smaller one is not too surprising, and hopefully the next one will be Wrothgar sized!

Though to be honest they could've announced for 2500crowns or free with sub you gain access to this new content called "text chat" and I would've still done a backflip.
