Igneous Weapons ... Bug?

Hi, not sure if this is a known issue and I'm not sure how to replicate it, but yesterday evening my Igneous Weapons ability was not properly applying the Major Brutality buff. Relogging, reloading UI, closing ESO/launcher entirely didn't help. It only started working again after I used my ultimate and tried again. Is this a known issue? If not just an fyi for the team.

Sometimes if your close to a lot of people it doesn't apply, not sure if it's a Ui error. Move away from everyone (NPC's too) and it should work.

If that's the case, it may be a max target issue where the ability does not apply high priority to the caster.

Oooh that might be it. I was in Elden Root. Certainly enough people there for that to be the case.

Is yours at rank III and u use dw ?

It's at rank IV, but yes dual-wield.
