This is a tricky thing to suss out. Vivec City is clearly of Velothi Culture, which flourished back in the Melthic Era, a couple of thousand years before the events of ESO. There is talk of Vivec City a 1000 years before the events of ESO. So, was the city build or expanded by Vivec? I vote it was taken over and possibly expanded.

So, Vivec exists in the timeline, just not sure how much of it is there.

Not to sound biased or anything but.... AD zones are by far the prettiest in my opinion I love the pretty green Auridon, with the sea always so close by, and the wild, overgrown green-ness of the other areas. I would also love to live in a tree-house, so perhaps I would choose Grahtwood or Greenshade even... Abah's Landing is very pretty, but I see it as more of a nice place to visit, like a holiday destination, rather than a nice place to live, and although Windhelm is beautiful, with the snow and all, I think the constant cold and lack of greenery would drive me insane

I would love to live in the snowy areas of either Bleakrock or Eastmarch, but I equally love the Alik'r Desert.

I always log my main character out in Eastmarch, as its such a peaceful place right now, being in Cadwells Gold for me. Also, the in-game music for Eastmarch is wonderful. They have just added the "Fulstrom Homestead" music to Eastmarch now, along with "Northpoint Nocturne" and "Moth, Butterfly and Torchbug".

But, as I said, the Alik'r holds equal fascination for me, it can also be such a bleak yet peaceful place.

i like semi-desert environments - somewhere in DC would be fine, but even better would be a city mansion in Abah's Landing. Well, it does not even have to be mansion sized, a bit smaller than that would be ok as well. But then again, this would mean, that just friends could visit me there, who have access to the DLC - and not all of them have DLC access.

Rawl'kha. Honestly, unless the housing area has as easy a crafting and banking layout such that it would either be or replace raw as the hub of the game I will not have any interest in living there. I like to see the for sales in zone, like to be where I can easily shop at the best trade guilds, and like to easily be able to do writs when I have the inkling.
