Unable to Access Guild Traders, Stores, or Guild Banks [PC]

For the last 48 hours I have been unable to access any guild traders, my guild stores for guilds I am in, nor any guild banks for guilds I am in.

I am in three guilds:



I cannot access any guild bank, and yes I have the proper rank to access them:



I cannot even buy from a guild trader, or bid on it for my guilds (which yes, I do have access to do so):




I have zero addons turned on, I tried on both 64 bit (which is what I normally play) and 32 bit. I have tried on all characters, on all factions, and still unable to access these features.

I have run a repair, I have rebooted, I have done everything I can think of to resolve this on my end, with no luck.

I need to be able to put bids in today for traders, and I am unable to do so. I have submited ticketS with no response, not even a confirmation email that a ticket was submitted.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom or @ZOS_KaiSchober can either of you comment on the situation, seeing as we are getting exactly no help from Support at this time? It is literally game breaking hindering the ability to do any sort of trading, purchasing of items, or accessing of anything to do with guild banks. I spend a good portion of my day accessing world traders (especially since I have to waste my time running around to every zone to get a good price when there could be a single world broker and not out enjoying the actual content of such a beautiful game) both for buying and selling.

Still no response from anyone from ZoS on this matter, either in response to any of my tickets, or on either the General Discussion forums or here on this thread. How many people must suffer from this issue before it is taken seriously?

Well, the person who recieved my ticket, obviously did not read it or did not understand the issue. Here's to hoping a positive and more detailed response will be received well enough for support to not shrug off this issue.

Wonderful! Thank you. I now have the ability to speak with the bankers and the traders. Unfortunately, I think they are still angry with me. None of the NPCs will look at me now, and even the quest givers have joined in with turning their noses at me. Do you have a gift suggestion.. maybe more coin or flowers?

Jewelry or chocolate always works for me... She does the same when I speak with her, even on my Altmer so it appears she just dislikes everyone. :P

Ha! Figures. Sadly, it isn't just her. I was on my way out the door this morning, but I suppose I can run around and take some screenshots. Who knows, maybe I will find an NPC who actually looks me in the eyes these days. It's sort of creepy that the DB Contract giver, his name escapes me right now as I'm not logged in, won't look me in the eyes.. the way his neck is turned almost looks like he's about to pull an exorcist on me. Perfect murder weapon indeed. Fear.
