hello, Banetek. Same thing happening to a friend of mine. No idea what's going on here. People with a history of behaving badly in Cyrodiil are still playing but people who have a history of good are getting banned with no explanation at all. I'm totally confused. If you will check on a post just a little down the list from yours, there is a link to begin the appeals process. Please keep me posted. I'd like to compare notes with you as you go through the issue.

My post is labeled something like "EMERGENCY HELP" from customer support or something like that. Anyway, best of luck. If you don't deserve to be banned, I hope you are back on the battlefield soon. And if you do deserve it (not saying you do) then, I hope you don't do it again. LOL

I told a guy in more than one way that he should not advertise gay friendly guild because it implies we need guilds to be friendly to gays.. Every guild should be friendly to people as only an idiot would suggest that ESO does not have people from all diverse backgrounds.

Than I gave him an example of his stupidity , told him I don't play ESO to deal with mundane political crap and apparently its hate speech.. To a SJW or neoprog I suppose it could be taken as such.. Anything they disagree with is hate speech.

Well, here's the deal with us. We have made extreme efforts to get to the bottom of this. He's put in multiple tickets to try and get a response. He was trying to get in touch with AlanG on the forums, who is an admin here. However, because his account was suspended, he cannot send in a ticket about that either. *sigh* This is worse than trying to get through to the IRS!!!!

I am exhausted from the efforts. Keep me posted Banetek. I'd love to hear about your results.

The same thing happened to me today, Earthewen. I've started the process of seeing if I can get back in, but I'm not holding my breath for being able to play this weekend. I just started, and now I'm suspended and can't fathom a reason why. Hopefully CS will be relatively quick in helping us both.

As someone who runs and Advertises my guild as LGBT Friendly, I wouldn't have reported you I would have just put you on ignore. As for not advertising LGBT friendly, who are you to decide what can and can not be advertised? I advertise my guild in that manner so that people who don't like LGBT people are aware that the guild has people they probably don't want to be playing with so they don't ask for guild invites. Like it or not, homophobia exists in the gamer world and we don't want it in our guild so we're explicit about what we are about when advertising our guild. If that bothers you that much, put the advertising person on ignore and move along in your day.

Hm, there used to be an option to Appeal under the Support ticket options but that isn't available now. The best way to make sure the issue is received by the proper department then is to have the person submit a ticket through "Suspension/Compromised" which gets sent to that department. A person's account that is banned or locked is in a state of suspension. Here's the link for anyone who hasn't appealed this way.

That said, multiple tickets can slow down the time it takes to get an issue addressed so I wouldn't recommend opening a new one. Since you've already got a ticket open, can you please let me know the ticket number so we can update you and make sure it's properly routed?

Depending on the matter specific to the suspension they may be researching into why the account was locked.

It is the undertone used in what your are telling others. From the way I read your statement above in bold is that you feel like you are being forced to agree with homosexuality. Not sure you meant it that way, but then later saying that wanting to be accepted was "political crap" didn't help your case. All this did was basically imply the person was stupid for wanting to belong. There is an all female guild. If someone were to say to them they should not advertise as all female because it implies that guilds need to be friendly to females, then there would be some people upset. It is about being understood by others who understand you and what you have to go through. It is about feeling comfortable and able to speak your mind without being shamed by others for what you are. In some cases it is about being able to talk period without someone being a bully. So, we do need guilds to be friendly to "gays," but since this will not happen at all times because people are opinionated and have different ideologies, then we need to advertise that a guild is gay friendly or LGBTQ. Not one person expects any guild to be friendly to us "gays," but it would sure as heck be nice if it did happen.

I hate being in groups in PVP, and what comes out of the mouth of people is the F word every second or making a sexually derogatory statement about homosexuals in general every time a fight doesn't go their way. I endure it and stay quiet because there are rarely any guilds on PS4 that have enough gay people on to form a good PVP group.

So, there you go. I am not certain you meant to disrespectful to someone who is different, but I hope you understand the need for an LGBTQ Alliance Guild or LGBTQ friendly guild.

okay, I've shared here about what happened to our Guild Master, Dank. We got a message from Carlee in Customer Service that "Due to the volume of tickets, we are unable to process yours." While that was only slightly rephrased, that is what the email contained.

I have contacted one of the only members of ZOS's company that seems to be interested in helping the average, non-trouble causing players. I am awaiting a message from him.

So far, it appears that the only way to get unbanned, even if you deserved it the first place, is to have a twitch channel and have everyone make such an outcry that they let you back in. HOWEVER, if you are the average player, not causing trouble, and your account gets accidently banned or hacked, you're screwed. "We're too busy to help you." BUT if you have a Twitch channel in which you give ZOS free publicity, and/or have a fair following, even if you hack, cheat, macro and exploit, it's okay. We'll let you back in because you do a lot for our community.

I am furious! Dank is furious! Our whole guild is furious. Make no mistake, I will be pushing this as far and in every way I possibly can until we get an answer from ZOS other than "We're just to busy to let you play."
