Dragonknight build?

I've not played a dragonknight before and I'm not really sure how to build it. I've seen high stamina and tank builds. I'm not really sure which is best. I am a dark elf so I want to utilize magic but I have no idea how to really build it. I was thinking tankier with magic, maybe more toward balanced but I don't know how that will work. I am PVE only. No PVP ever. What is my best build option for this kind of play?
