I loved Skyrim . Who wouldn't be a fanboy of that game ? The game was huge . Great graphics and story . Great replay ability . I like the older titles as well . It didn't effect my decision in choosing DC here . But I'm not gonna deny playing a Nord wasn't tempting . That game was epic .

But there are no dragons, which carry the needed style gem (scales).

There are dragons. The only time period we are sure no dragon was sighted was between the crowning of Talos and Skyrim.

Where? :/ I've not seen any. Living ones, at least.

There are only a few dragons that are actually alive at the moment. One of them, obviously, is Paarthunax and he is most likely already resting atop the peak of High Hrothgar.

Several dragons that are alive at the moment, alongside Paarthunax.

So potentially we could stumble upon a dragon when Vvardenfell update hits or when we get access to the other parts of Skyrim. I would assume they would settle on places where they would not be disturbed. High and inaccessible mountains, perhaps even caves and forgotten dungeons.

I wouldn't mind a cameo of a dragon, but ZOS needs to make it clear that there were some dragons that actually survived. Just so all the self-proclaimed loremasters don't get all butthurt when that happens.

Dragon armor? Way of the Voice? A big no-no.

I'm looking forward to the way how dragons will be approached post-Skyrim. When their master died, some of them still fought the Dragonborn, but some have subdued and stopped being a threat. Can't wait to see what the future holds.

Oooooh! That would cool  I don't want to see an abundance of unnamed dragons but if they can work the lore into it I'd love to see one in-game. Just one though. No mounts

Why not faux dragon armor. Like the style of dragoon armor but they use other materials?
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

Hey ZOS...for the announcement of Skyrim: The Definitive Edition, can we have a Dragon Motif? Like it looked in Skyrim? I know it's not lore and in conjunction with the time period...but i think it'll look pretty badass.

    [minor edit for context]

No dragons, no dragon motif. Stil we have dragon priest costume.

    And dragonborn costume

And on Bleak Rock you run into the ghost of a dragon priest. Easy to see what he was wearing. And doing the mages guild quests you get sent to a dragon priest's barrow. The dragon priests were around when the dragons were worshipped. Now they aren't. The dragons who survived the war are in hiding, so they are around but unavailable to take your call. No reason to not be able to find the dragon priest outfit.

Assuming that the "leak" about Skyrim: Definitive Edition is true.
    I hope it is.

Shh don't say that here. You'll get torn apart. Apparently there is this hatred of Skyrim for a reason unclear to me.

Who the hell hates Skyrim? I thought Oblivion was the hated TES game :P

Why? Oblivion is awesome! I actually like it better than Skyrim, I find the quests more interesting, especially the guild ones.
Is it just because people in Oblivion have potato heads?

I am one of those who hated Oblivion.
I walked right through it in no time at all. The characters look like Neanderthals.Ugly,ugly,ugly.Even with mods they're still ugly. Skyrim has the same problem, though the mods for faces are a little better. Not much, but a little. Also,OB was just way to easy.I would have played through Skyrim, but one huge bug stopped me. Not being able to continue as an Imperial Soldier. One person's arrow was theree, but she wasnt,so I could go no further in the main questline.
Morrowind is a better game than either of those two.Just my opinion though. Most players who love Skyrim so much havent played the earlier games.I say most,..not all.

Skyrim is love/hate relationship for me... I love the setting (Nords have always been my favorite TES race) but despise the mechanics. I prefer Morrowind's and even Oblivion's mechanics to Skyrim's.

    Yes,I enjoyed Morrowind's mechanics a lot. I too loved Skyrim's look.The snow,the huge mountain ranges,etc. Still do,but it feels so clunky.
What it does do is get the feel of that vast lonelyiness, traveling from one place to another, with the wind sounds, and even the snow breezing by you.

@Aeladiir : Actually the Way of the Voice is probably still being practiced by the Greybeards, seeing as they're still up on the Throat of the World in ESO. If you mean Shouts...Dragonknights use those. They just picked them up from the Akaviri Dragonguard rather than the Greybeards.

I thought it was fairly obvious that I meant the players. Of course the Way of the Voice is being practiced, Greybeards have been up there for ages.

"Nords continue to practice shouting". Sure. A *vast* minority of Nords. Which is why players shouldn't really be able to learn them. Perhaps some lesser shouts, basics. For example, only Fus, but not Ro Dah, etc.

I enjoyed Skyrim very much, but not sure if I would get the definitive, unless there are some new contents somehow included. After experiencing so much from ESO, I'm not sure if I would get the same level of entertainment from going back into Skyrim.

Wasn't "dragonbone" datamined as one of the upcoming mats for crafting? I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a dragon-themed DLC after Skyrim launches. Games like ESO do really well when they capitalize on fandom (like FFXIV, which is basically 100% fanfic, fandom and digital cosplay.)
