Optional Objective not Spawning in Sewer Tenement?

I got a Black Sacrament quest in the Sewer Tenement with an optional objective to kill some orc named I believe Lamzakha, but she doesn't seem to spawn at all in the area designated on the map, or anywhere for that matter. Has anybody else had this happen? Had to finish the quest without killing her which makes me sad cause I like better lewts. XD

Also did not spawn for me. Dropped quest a few times to try and get her to spawn, nothing.

In the middle, the great room above, over the Bridge and right, and then you must jump into a secret room, hidden by shrubbery!

Ah, okay. I ran another tenement quest and confirmed this secret room. I think it's a bit TOO well hidden if you ask me but meh. XD

What kind of loot do you get if you do it perfectly?
I totally failed but killed both targets and got some crappy green sithis gloves.
