I am sorry, but we are not able to grant compensation for the bug with Adhazabi Aba-daro at this time. Our development team is at hard at work to determine the cause of the issue with our favorite Cyrodiil vendor.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding, and check the forums for any updates on this matter.

When we are able to resolve this issue, she will normally arrive at 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday and pack up shop at 12:00 UTC/GMT on Monday. You’ll be able to find Adhazabi in the following locations:

•Western Elsweyr Gate
•Northern Highrock Gate
•Southern Morrowind Gate

I have bought multi helms from the vendor.

I know WHEN IT SPAWNS AND WHERE IT DOES!

The problem we have is U did not make the vendor IMMUNE TO THE BLADE OF WOE!!!

People Kill it as soon as it spawns!!


Please FIX THIS and send me my helm!

We are investigating reports that Adhazabi Aba-daro is not appearing as per her regular schedule after the Dark Brotherhood update. Some players have reported that she is appearing for short periods of time, so please check back periodically.

She normally arrives at 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday, and packs up shop at 12:00 UTC/GMT on Monday.

Adhazabi Aba-daro sells powerful item sets not normally obtainable in Cyrodiil for AP or gold.

You’ll be able to find Adhazabi in the following locations:

•Western Elsweyr Gate
•Northern Highrock Gate
•Southern Morrowind Gate

This weekends Item vendor was bugged!!! I mean I went on Firday Sat and SUNDAY!

I went multi times to go buy one and she was not there!

DC AND EP HAD NO ISSUE!

Please Send me my Valken Skoria Heavy Impen Helm!

Just wow... I always wondered why people got terrible CS replies and I didn't, now I understand why.

UUMM, yea, its a bug that will get fixed. They DO NOT owe you a helm. You are not entitled to it. Crap happens and it will be dealt with. But try not being so rude and demanding in the mean time.

Not to be holier-than-thou, but if you don't yell at CS/employees in general and express your issue more, ah... calmly, you generally get more helpful responses. It's certainly a bug and a frustrating one at that, but yelling at a CS rep isn't going to accomplish anything over politely informing them of the bug.

That being said, if she's truly able to be killed with the Blade of Woe.. I thought merchants were supposed to be unkillable? I haven't seen a single merchant with a white outline.

If you're needing *your* helm asap, Valkyn Skoria drops it in veteran City of Ash; you may not get Impen, but the drop rate on helms seems to have dramatically increased since the introduction of the traits we've all been looking for on monster sets such as Training and Prosperous.

In addition, per Jessica Folsom, "To make up for disappointing her customers last weekend, Abhadazi Aba-daro the Golden will increase her available stock and give you the chance to buy the goods you might have missed last week. This is a one-time change that will only be in effect until the end of next weekend (12AM midnight UTC on June 11th/8PM EDT on June 10th to 12PM UTC/8AM EDT on June 13th.)" Just FYI!

As an aside: EP and *my* DC friends also had problems with the vendor despawning repeatedly over the weekend; it wasn't an AD conspiracy to my knowledge.

LMAO at people who say Im entitled. They Had an issue that gave ppl an unfair advandge like lets say not fhaving to *** run vCOA 100 times to get a helm.

Fine u dont want to give me my helm, take away anyone who bought theirs to fix the problem.

And I'm guessing those who also saying this are prob the lil *** who killed it in the first place.

Also I said to take my AP so I wasnt asking for a free helm.

Looking at the replies, I think it is an automated answering bot. Or some *** *** with less than two braincells to rub together.

The only thing you can do in either cases, is to bombard them with more and more tickets, as fast as they close your old one. Hoping they have routine, that gives your complaint to either a human, or in the other case, to the more intelligent second level support.

At least this tactic worked for me, contacting the steam support.

Put yourself in their shoes. Would YOU like to get a ranting diatribe of entitlement in YOUR inbox? I suspect not. Perhaps thinking about what you'd like to see if you were Customer Support would go a long way. A polite and even humorous ticket is more likely to get a real human response than a bot. Honey is sweeter than vinegar.

These people are humans, same as us. Treat with respect and you might just get respect back.

Actually the "prevent kill innocents" option is off by default.
