Character locked after my game bugged out. Anybody else have/had this problem?

So I am having a problem logging into my nightblade after my game bugged out and I was kicked from the server. I was riding my mount and i jumped off a hill and all of a sudden it teleports me back up mid air and I begin falling at a faster rate than before. This loops a couple times, each fall faster than the last, and then my game freezes and I get kicked from the game. I try to log in and it says that my character is locked :s . I can log in just fine on my other characters, but I am still having trouble as to why I cannot use my nightblade. :/ Has anybody else had this sort of issue? Any help or suggestions? :|

    If you haven't already leave the character for 15 - 20mins without trying to log into it. This is the time required to reset a character if it gets bugged.

    If you have done that and it didn't work then open a support ticket either in game via another character or the support section of the forums here asking for the character to be looked into. You should have a GM reset the character for you.

    Something similar happened to two different characters of mine today. First, my magika templar froze in the midddle of a minefield in Stormhaven, couldn't use any abilities, mount my horse, run, etc... then I lagged out twice trying to get her out of Stormhaven. I logged into my stam-blade in Cyrodiil only to have her abilities freeze in the middle of pvp, then lagged out, then everyone else freezes, lagged out, can't walk through a door, can't use an ability, jump across the map, and lag out again. Another friend of mine can't log in past the character select creen at all. I gave up...Please fix this before next week.

    We could look into your ticket if one was open. As for any general knowledge recurring/known issues like this at this time.
    This kind of issue would therefore need to be addressed by customer support as it is related to a potential bug with your game account. Customer Support would be the ones capable of taking a better look at your individual characters. Just to eliminate some potential causes for issue let them know which characters this is affecting and if you joined any new guilds when this happened or made any other account changes.
