Do you like the software that it comes with? I just ordered one with my points at Amazon.com and got it for only $24.98 after points and shipping...Software panel looks extensive.

    I got this one:

    e5b9_razer_naga_new.jpg

I never used the side buttons. My best advice is to get the one you feel most comfortable with.

    Corsair Scimitar.

It's a solid feel and comfortable, however I would advice anyone moving to Corsair products to be well aware of the issues with software first.

I use a Razer Naga for eso and a Corsair M65 pro rgb for overwatch and I gotta say the corsair software works flawlessly whereas Razer Synapse is a PoS. The side buttons on my naga are unprogrammable thanks to synapse, I can reprogram them but it makes no difference; they still bind to 1-9, 0-= regardless what I set them to. The other buttons can be reprogrammed just not the side buttons.

In February 2015, I picked up the Razer Naga and Chroma keyboard. In 3 months I started experiencing a consistent double click out of the left mouse button that no amount of cleaning could resolve. Also, around the same time, the keyboard started acting up. I finally gave up about a year ago and got the RD Centorphorus (this package specifically for around $30 and have had only one issue since, that being the the LED on the left side of the upper logo has gone out, which is merely cosmetic. The mouse is smooth (I also spent a little extra and got one of the RD mats), fits great in my hand and so far has handled about everything I can throw at it (and I'm not exactly known for not being abusive to my desktop stuff).

For reference, before the Naga set, I used a cheapy Logitech keyboard and a Microsoft Trackball Explorer (which lasted for about 15 years before I retired it).

Tested Razer Naga Epic, thumb button field too far back. Razer Hex, better but too light for me. Went with a M.M.O. 7, broke down after less than one year of intense use.

Currently rolling with roccat nyth, a bit light but so far best suited for my hand size and claw-palm-weirdo-hybrid style grip.

I use a Logitech G502. I play a variety of games besides ESO, including FPS, so I really like the range of DPI settings and being able to adjust them on the fly. The various side buttons are also easy to hit, but not so easy that I'm hitting them inadvertently as I'd imagine would be the case with an MMO specific mouse (resting your thumb on all those keys). It's also a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be, judging from the angular design.

Did use a vintage Microsoft Sidewinder, I have a Large hand with long fingers, I tried the Razor series but did not like the persistent internet connection that it's software required, also, it was a bit on the light weight side (price expensive as well)

Final choice that I've been using over the last year is a Logitech G700S. nice weight, long enough for my "piano length hand/finger extension" and just enough side buttons (4) with the wheel click being (5) to keep me in trouble.

foobar, can't figure out how to post an image, whatever.

Mouse and controller is for *****s.

You want a challenge? Do what I do. I play this game exclusively on a Rockband drumset.

That got an awesome from me.

    I found this recently
    http://www.wowgamingmouse.com/file/2014/01/Redragon-Gaming-mouse.jpg

Feels tight, like a Razer and good for medium large hands. But half the cost of most similar models.
You have to have some serious ninja thumbs to really use the back rows of the side buttons, but the front ones cover all your skills and the nifty fire button is a great "Oh s**t" bind for break free.
    Good software, no account b.s.

    They all break eventually.

What a homie. That mouse is godly and I use it all the time.

Same! Can't use any other kind of mouse after getting used to this one.

Hoping someone invents a gaming trackball mouse with a few more buttons
