using logitech g600, but this mouse is poorly made.. i already bought two of these and i have been getting the same issue..
double click, mushy button.. time to stick with keyboard bindings, and a cheap mouse lol

I'm sure folks will have certain opinions on this but for my 'play style', the rodent I currently use is great. I can store profiles on the mouse and use them on my second computer too! I have a Linux Mint PC that shares KVM via a micro KVM by Starview.
The mouse? Logitech G300s. Additionally; I really like the look, feel and custom-ability of the 'matching' Logitech G410 atlas spectrum keyboard I use. (I think the keys feel better than as suggested by that review). Sure! The G300s is something of a budget mouse aimed more at the gaming gear 'beginer' but it suits my needs well and the software is not as bad as some might suggest.
In truth; read reviews, look at images of rodents available and, if someone you know has a gaming mouse - for example, physically try out a mouse if possible.
One thing I would advise, though others may disagree, is to stay away from wireless keyboards and mice for gaming. Wireless devices may well bring less clutter and be great for other applications but for gaming, in my experience, a wireless mouse (or keyboard) is just not as good as wired.
Edit: bit of a clean up!

"If there is an underlying oneness of all things, it does not matter where we begin, whether with stars, or laws of supply and demand, or frogs, or Napoleon Bonaparte. One measures a circle, beginning anywhere."
I had my razer naga since 2012, other than the left and right click sometimes sticking which causes fast repeat clicks, it has otherwise been fine. I think I got lucky with mine as I heard stories of them dying within 2 years so I go the least annoying problem.
I don't use a gaming mouse. Most (if not all) are not wireless, and I can't stand a wired mouse. The little buggers just run around like their tails are on fire.
I started with a Logitech G5 gaming mouse. Assigned weapon swap and dodge roll to the side buttons. Pretty good till it broke.
Currently use a Corsair Vengeance M95 mmo mouse. I mapped the 5 abilities, my ult, dodge roll and a separate weapon swap 1 & 2 to the side buttons. Might look intimidating, and it does take some getting use to, but I haven't had to touch the number row except for chat and stuff. Really opens up game play to be able to cast and move fluidity.
Razer DeathAdder Chroma. The rainbow is a nice touch but I mostly bought it because it offers the finesse of gaming mice without looking like a Transformer. Rest in pieces, my beloved Logitech G500. ;_;
For real though, it's got a few side buttons, is comfy as hell and fits in my hand nicely. I'm a palm grip person if that matters.
6 side buttons gives my 5 abilities and I bind weapon swap to the 6th button. It is a little smaller than I would really prefer but I've adapted.
I also bind dodge roll to the forward mouse wheel and synergy to the wheel backwards.
I use the Naga Hex as well and it's kind of perfect for ESO. Being a lady, the smaller size fits well with my hand, or if you typically prefer a claw grip. Haven't had any issues and I've been gaming with it for three years. Would recommend.
