Because consoles are lit af these days. I own the game on Mac and PS4, but I play primarily on console due to how much fun I personally find it. Not to mention the fact that uploading videos from consoles (at least on PS4) is as easy as clicking (share), and then upload. Lmao. It does everything else for you. All you do is just add whatever title or description you want, and voila! You're all done.

What's so special about this video? He is hitting an deadric npc from stealth with a melee skill that has a cast time, of course he gets high numbers. But he won't be able to oneshot any half decend player. I guess he would hit me for less than 10k when I'm unbuffed and not blocking.

one key factor. he had a fighters guild skill on so bonus damage from fighters guild, and also the enemy has A: very little resistance and B: isn't a player so doesn't take 50% less damage intake

All this is wonderful, but my my stamplar just hit a group of three for an 89,662 dmg heavy attack.

We can all pull big numbers, but unless it is on a player I see no reason to freak out. Mobs are predictable, as soon as I saw this I wanted to try the heavy attack out...and was not dissapoint.

(Inb4 BS is called, sneak attack on 3 mobs close together with greatsword, empowered by magelight, major damage buff, legendary v16 gear 5 hundings 2 leki's 3 agility kena)

use 5 alchemist on back bar 5 hundings front

My jabs does ~5k per tick to IC mobs, which drops to as low as 600-700 on players who are not blocking (a range of ~650-2500).

So, that WB would likely have hit a player for a bit over 10k.

Battle spirit reduces incoming damage, you can champion spec for 25% physical resistance, throw in some armor if you build tank like, or perhaps physical resist enchants, and so on.

No. It was a pve mob that he used wrecking blow on, if he had used it on a player it would have been halved. 78k on the clanfear, 39k on me (not including my armor resist). Which... is still disgusting.

Looks balanced to me because WB doesn't have the cc on it. If it still cc'd then it would be OP. Thankgoodness they balanced it and added stam shields.

This is special? I do this with dizzing swing and my heavy attacks hit 40k+ from stealth. If this was against Players that would be amazing and broken and idk lol but a mob nah...

This is just plain misinformation. They also get 8% more damage from all sources from Minor Berserk from Grim Focus and morphs, and 10% more critical damage which would apply to this crit as well.

It does not appear that he is using grim focus though, theoretically he could up that by 8%, due to calculations it might only get 4-5% I don't remember how it adds it up.

I'm pretty sure this is an intermittent bug that only happens in IC when attacking from crouched stealth and has something to do with stat scaling for low level characters. I took my level 15 Stam NB into the sewers the other day and ambush was hitting for around 8500-9000K Crits regularly using dark cloak to stealth from standing but if I used dark cloak while already in crouched stealth then used ambush to start a fight it would crit on a NPC for 20-23K. I got a few chances to try in on enemy players and never saw a Crit above 4500k so I'm pretty sure it doesn't affect PvP.

heck, a heavy attack can hit for over 40k from behind and stealth

race depending woodelf gives me another 10% and in stealth i pull 5600 weapon damage

True but it's not class locked. All the Nightblade damage build can be done with other classes just without 10% bonus stealth damage. Once you hit max level you have all your passives and the powers you need.

OH when I was first hearing about this I thought it was on a player... Im pretty sure I've seen people that build for it like Zergbad hit wreckingblows over 100k on mobs and stuff.

He's wrong, but if you want to be totally sure, just hit a similar mob in and out of PvP with the same ability and compare the damages, halved damage of the former would be very noticeable.

Problem are not Stamina dk or nb the Problem are 2H skill line, just watch any streamer like sypher, or feng and notice they use as main core: charge, WB, executioner, rally and vigor, the other rest of the skills are optional.

The reason why it hits so hard ist that you get a sneak attack bonus against mobs if you attack them from behind (factor 2 or 2.5 for melee stamina attacks, 1.5 for ranged stamina attacks). You don't get the sneak attack bonus against players. So against a player that would be a 19k hit before mitigation, CP, impenetrable, block, ...
So the same attack would hit for approx 6-15k on a player...

3 Alchemist on body with dual wield to activate it on back bar, 4 hundings on body with a hundings rage maul for 5 hundings on front bar then activate alchemist rally shadowy disguise then wreking blow

You should get close to that number with pretty much any decent stam setup. I just tried it myself to check the stealth multiplier and hit a mammoth for 87.5k fully buffed using hundings + agility + msa 2h + bloodspawn + kena.

This is mainly due to the stealth multiplier. If you do a melee attack against an npc from behind you do 3 times as much damage as you would do with a critical hit out of stealth.
