So, any ETA on which incremental patch is getting this fix? I only picked up Vamp for this passive mainly.
This fix is going into next week's incremental patch for PC/Mac. (As an aside, next week's incremental patch has substantially more fixes in it than the one this week.)4 -

Nice troll post. Sneak speed is a huge advantage in pvp. Once discovered sure it doesnt apply but if you break away without attacking anyone, your more likely to get away with sneak speed then without once you return to stealth and players are looking for you.
Im not even going to go into detail how good sneak speed is. Smh.

If this was intentional. Your only hurting yourself ZOS. Why would I bother paying for a vamp upgrade in the crown store if I am being nerfed. Lol.
Why would anyone bother spending $15 worth of crowns on a vamp bite when you can get it for free in-game from NPCs or other players...With strength and intelligence comes hard work.
