Game won't open, crashing every time. Any help appreciated.

So this is my situation (apologies if its in the wrong section):

Immediately after downloading the DB patch I tried to open the game on the 32 bit launcher. The black screen came up but a few seconds later, the game crashed and a crash report window appeared on my screen. So I try again, same thing happened. Tried on the 64 bit launcher, and yet again, another crash immediately after the black screen started opening.

So I tried repairing my game, and the first thing it did was verify about 38 Gbs of files. Right after that, it went on to download 3.27 Mbs of data. Then it verified 38 Gbs of files yet again. But here's what happened right after, it started downloading the whole game. 38 Gbs of files downloading. At this point I closed the launcher, repeated the whole repairing process, and the exact same thing happened.

So basically there's no way for me to play the game due to it keep crashing, and it asks me to download the whole game yet again after a repair. I haven't noticed much crashing posts around here so I'm assuming this is on my end. Anyone has any ideas on what might be causing this?

My drivers appear to be up to date, everything seems to be in order and this is the first time this has happened to me, so if anyone has any advice that might solve this, please, much appreciated.

Ah yep I'm Repairing right now too because it kept crashing on startup on both 32 and 64 bit clients.

UPDATE: looks like it finished and I am downloading the patch again *sigh*

Fatal Error 11 is what I'm getting. Is the only option to reinstall the whole game?

I'm having the same issue too and my PC is fully upgraded. =\
