I finished this yesterday those npcs are wandering around in the city they dont have fixed spots and the one in wayrest stormhaven was pain for me couldnt find her like 45 mins. Check the docks and tip of the pier thats where i found her in south wayrest.

Ye that one is a pain in the ass. Riften was the worst for me, I thought he is in fighters guild always but he is wandering through the whole city..

All targets can be found by following the clues. Did it last night with a buddy and it took us some 3 hours. Also, note that the targets don't always spawn on the same spot so if you're following a guide and can't find them, they can be somewhere else.

Yap, I think this achievment is genius....I hope more of those kind will come soon

It's bad that the body's hang around long after the kill, makes it very simple to find the path the target travels by following the dead bodies.

I should've checked to see if there was a guide for Litany of Blood. Might not have taken me six hours to figure it all out myself. That woman in Eastmarch was a pain. She took me twice as long as the others.

I really liked that one, but then, I also loved the relics in orsinium or the stealing list from the thieves guild... so I expect we may hopefully see one of those quests with every DLC. I just wish they'd refit some for the fighters and mages guild as well...

Yes, some people were hard to find. That's the point. But in the end, the fun is figuring out the hints and finding them on your own (occasionally, the bodies left by other assassins can be very helpful I have to agree, in at least two instances it cut down my searching time significantly!)

That is a good question. I think you need to be max level so the other 2 factions are open to travel to, but not sure. maybe @Paulington knows more about the zone system

To get to the other areas not in your alliance you need to be either lvl 50 or completed Coldharbor and the main quest by defeating Malog Bal, (you're usully lvl 50 by that time anyway). Once you've done that, I found it's easier to travel to player, (guild members), to get to all the areas you've never been to before. This way you can do the skyshards, kill the targets and anything else the DB might want you to do, without having to do any alliance quests if you don't want to.

To access the other two alliance areas (Silver & gold) your character has to either:

• Finish the main quest in your faction (Bronze)... defeat Molag Bal etc which then opens up silver & gold... OR
• Hit Level 50 / V1 / CP10... whatever you want to call it....

Either of these will open up the other two factions... but you won't be able to get there without doing one or the other as far as I'm aware.

Sooo,..the DLC is leaving me stuck then.I cant go further until I hit L50. Im only at L15 with this new one now.

Wait,I have an idea.I can do the repeatables for the Thieves Guild which takes me to all those places.They have opened up wayshrines for you to do the quests.

So I'm having a problem finding Dirdelas in Elden Root. Went to the place in the video and searched everywhere in the surrounding area but he's nowhere to be found. Anyone know of any other places he might be?

EDIT: Found him! He was wandering around the area I've been searching in forever T_T

I believe you are right Cesille, to an extent.

You must hit level 45 to access the other factions (or finish the main quest, whichever comes first) I believe unless this has been changed to 50 with the latest update.

Either way, you need to be at or near max level to finish the Litany of Blood.

Not if you do it as I mentioned in my earlier post.Through the Thieve's Guild repeatables.Not the dailies,but on the tip board.

Yeah, the video just shows one place the people can be found, but I've noticed they all tend to wander around... Some meander about a pretty large area.

I gave up on this quest on the very first attempt. I spent around 20 minutes wandering around in Auridon and had no luck, and stopped. The hints are useless.

The hints are perfectly fine, they show you the npc name and what they look like. What they don't show you is the paths the npcs use around town, use your brain maybe and look around. Also note the npcs do enter and exit buildings in town.

That's the juggler, right?
I actually located him/her on the steps outside the city walls. All these folks have pretty big wander paths. I found a lot of them petty far away from where the video shows.

Well,my V6(he isnt anymore though) isnt finished with the silver or gold of Cadwell's,and I am unable to get there.
However,I think I know a way.I noticed that doing the Thieves Guild side quests gave me opened shrines in places I hadnt been yet,with my lower alts,so I may try to see if doing them all will open the world up.
Or,just wait for when One Tamriel is actually dropped.

So just want to confirm 2 things:

I have killed several of the listed people, but the book doesn't check them off/line through them/etc, you just have to keep track of the ones you've done,

Second: what is the achievement or prize for completion, the polymorph?
