DB Patch Notes and the armor Reinforced trait??

So, in the new patch notes:

Armor
Exploration: This trait now increases all gold gained from monster kills instead of increasing exploration experience gained, and has been renamed to Prosperous.
Impenetrable: This trait now also reduces the durability damage taken of the item, in addition to reducing the damage taken from Critical Hits.
Intricate: This trait now also increases the amount of refined materials you obtain whenever you deconstruct the armor, in addition to increasing the amount of inspiration gained.
Nirnhoned: This trait now increases Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by a flat value.
Sturdy: This trait now reduces the cost of Block.
Training: This trait now increases all experience gained from all kills by a percentage, instead of increasing your armor skill line experience only.
Well-fitted: This trait now also reduces the cost of Roll Dodge, in addition to reducing the cost of Sprint.

Reinforced does not appear in the list and Nirnhoned now performs the role of reinforced (vice just providing spell resistance). Is this intended or is this a typo? Because, when traits are removed, replaced, or renamed, it says so int he notes. In this case, there is no mention of the removal of the reinforced trait. Furthermore, if this is accurate and not a typo, what will happen to our heavy armor tank sets with the reinforced trait on them? Or those PvP sets that have the reinforced trait; considering it was confirmed the scaled PvP sets would only come with original pieces and original traits?

Reinforced was not mentioned because it was not changed. Nirnhoned increases your total stats by a flat amount, while reinforced increases the stats of that particular piece of armor.

I thought Reinforced increased physical defence by a set amount, too, just scaled by the particular piece of armor. Or maybe I'm thinking of the Defending trait in DB.

Oh can anyone on live tell if the Reinforced has even had its value upgraded to make it competetive with Nirn? Otherwise it seems a useless trait by compare. The Nirn bonus was a couple hundred to each stat, if I recall from streams.

Percentage. Reinforced gives better value on large pieces. Nirn gives better value on small pieces. Don't forget sturdy which one may want to reduce some block cost.

I'll have to check it out on the PC client later this afternoon, but I don't think it's the same value as adding up the spell and physical resist on a Nirn piece (700 or 800 combined spell/physical no?) and then equating that to a large Reinforced piece, which it kinda should be. I'll do the math in a bit.
