How do poisons work, in simple terms?

Do they function like enchantment glyphs, being applied to a weapon and then using up charges, or do they work more like a consumable

They're a consumable that is slotted into a new UI slot next to your weapon sets.

They have four doses which can apply once every 10 seconds.

They suppress the enchantment of the weapon whilst slotted.

Also, the bonus weapon/spell damage/max resource from master and maelstorm weapons will stack with poison, while their ability changing enchantment will be surpressed.

Also, you craft 16 poison charges per 2-3 indegredients, 4 times more as potion with only 1/4 of their duration.

4 doses per poison, with 16 crafted per set of ingredients... so 64 uses per craft. Seems a bit low when compared to enchantment charges
