    *****WARNING*****

The costume looks ugly if you have a shield at rest. The particles from the costume go through the shield and it becomes a mess.

    EDIT: Added pic.

staff is same but not as noticeable/as bad as a shield

The staff does actually go through the backpack but like I said its not that noticeable, id say 2h sword/axe would be the same, but they definitely need to fix that Issue with the sheild as it looks very bad

Great now they are upping the price to 1 k crowns with the new costumes....i guess i can only buy 1 costume every month then.

Considering the hero costumes where 2000 crowns I think 1000 is more reasonable.

Eh, that isn't too bad. Almost looks like it slips on the back behind the pack. Almost looks natural.

    Shield though... :shudders:

I like the look of that, it looks like it's actually tied to your back instead of magically attached to it.

Does anyone have a pic of a greatsword equipped?

It was on my maybe list, but sword through the pack? More like Treasure Loser.
It needed to be more like the definite-purchase-from-me Toxin Doctor. Clean back, but a lot of theme utility around the waist.

But I'm going to mark my calendar for March 17, 2017, when ZOS will inevitably try to turn St. Patrick's Day into the Day of Waiting and try to sell this for 50% off. But I still wouldn't buy it with the equipment clash. That's just bad design.

The staff is almost acceptable with the bags and stuff on the back, but 2h and shield look awful :/

but what I REALLY want, instead of costumes, is for the ability to MAKE the various parts of these costumes by having them also be Motifs.

    Gidorick wrote: »
Many of us want Dyable Costumes but there are some technical hurdles that prevent this. Here is a possible solution:

Just as we have Costumes of Existing Motifs, we should have Motifs for all non-polymorph costumes. All costumes that change what we wear (not what we are) should be available as a craftable items. Assign appropriate armor value to clothes and armors and allow players to create their own, mix and match, and dye these items.

Players could still buy costumes to change their look as they do now, but those that wear costumes can't dye their costumes. This is a choice the player has to make and that restriction should remain the same. If they want to wear awesome armor, but be wearing a wedding dress, then that wedding dress has to be white.

However, if a player wants to wear a heavy cuirass with a red wedding dress skirt and red/black jesters arms, they'll need the appropriate motifs.

    TL/DR

In addition to costumes, ZOS should sell Costume Motifs so players can craft, dye, and mix and match pieces of costumes as much as they want.

    Thoughts? Suggestions?

Always agreed on this . After a costume has run its course over a year it should be re introduced as a motif for crafters .

hmm... interesting idea. Motif AFTER the Costume stops selling. I'd be for that @Roehamad_Ali !

Call me crazy but I like the look of that...it looks like some sort of backpack sheathe.

If this was 700 then I would've bought it but I refuse to condone a costume for 1000, regardless of how much I like it.

The costume is great! I'll i need is a hat from Darkbrotherhood to go with it since the helmet it come's with in my opinion ruin's it. The helmet is great and all but it's just not that appealing. Kind of like the Nordic costumes, the helmet is a huge turn off.

Overall i'm happy with my purchase. The backpack is very nice.

CAUTION: Do not buy this costume if you use a shield or bow. You will be very disappointed in the mass amounts of clipping issue's that happen.

The outfit is good for RP if no weapon is enable or the weapon is dual wield due to clipping issues on the back. It looks good overall, but it will be more useful if there was no backpack.
