One person should not expect to prevail against a large group by themselves, regardless of the skills being used.

If you are 1v1 against a Templar using RO, gap close, interrupt, bash, etc.

There is a reason why all templars are spamming RO cause it's unbalanced as *** and they know it. You don't see 2h'rs spamming execute at full health, or sorcs spamming mage wrath at full health, or Nb spamming killer blade/impale at full health.
