A little Suggestion for Mist Form

Keeping the 5% increased cost and stopped Magickaregen in mind, why not give Mist Form(unmorphed) Minor Expedition?
Baleful mist(morphed) would have atleast a little 10% Speedboost next to the dealt damage, while Elusive Mist(Morphed) could have Minor Expedition and Major Expedition active at the same time, making it fast as it used to be, before Major Expedition was decreased from 40% to 30%.
Thoughts?
