Peril at the pools - quest bugged

I cannot reach Mevis Othrys. There are textures missing, a bridge as I see it in a YouTube video.
Trying to reach him via climbing stones doesn't work.

Might help you - you can try /relodui or maybe /camp; the last logs you out and do a soft reset - wait 15 mins until log in again.

Yep, definitely bugged as some of the platforms are missing to the scaffolding. However, you can still reach him by jumping on some of the lower cross planks. Won't get you on top of the platform, but it will make Mevis reachable to talk to.

This was bugged when I did it a while ago & got round it by using my mount - it manage to jump to parts I couldn't. Could give it a try.

I went back to this location, bridge has been fixed so quest completed now.
