Just amazing now with the roll dodge cost reduction added. I can reach 60% less cost, and even more with the fighter guild's morph. On my 2500 stam regen bosmer, I can dodge and dodge again.

Reduce sprint cost + reduce dodge cost = can see it being useful for some builds

It's extremely useful for magica builds maybe even more so then stamina builds.

Ring of preservation will drain more than half of a magicka build's stamina though. And the AoE is pretty small.

In most situations there are better traits than sprint cost reduction. But for a max speed scroll carrier it could be useful.
If your poll is also about the dodge cost reduction that comes with well fitted, then it will also be good for certain pvp stam builds. But I will still not even consider using a pair of well fitted spell power cure boots.

I had on occasion been forced to wear 5 legendary well fitted on a build (the set I wanted to use only came in well fitted). While it wouldn't have been my first choice for traits back then, I was pleasantly surprised at how useful the sprint cost reduction was. Sprinting did not leave me stat starved which allowed me to lace it into situations where any other defensive action would have been more expensive. Now with the addition of dodge roll cost reductio, well fitted is a solid trait for pvp. Someone should now be able to pop and immovable pot, pump forward momentum and just leave combat if they are getting dog piled, while both maintaining good stat management and not Ely relying on class kit. That's pretty cool in my book.

I have always crafted/gathered a set of WF pieces for all of my alts for use when doing writs or PVE dailies. It is great to be able to sprint across Tamriel without worrying about Stamina...even on my magicka based alts with minimum stamina. All of the crafted gear I created when leveling them also used WF....the leveling PVE content is easy enough that no armor trait bonus is needed.

Using an addon, it is a simple 1 click to change into role-appropriate gear for whatever end-game content I want to run, So I consider WF my favorite trait for running all non-end-game content....nothing about the DLC is happening to change this.
