Apprentice mundas stone giving too much spell power?

Hi, I was testing things out in the pts and something doesn't seem right with the apprentice mundas stone. I am expecting 217 spell dmg with 7 legendary divines, but it is actually giving 2130 spell dmg. I think its a decimal misplacement or something. This surely can' be intended..can it?
