"An Error Has Occurred" - nearly 100% reproduceable
1) Log in
2) Select character
3) Play character
4) Log out character
5) Sit on character select screen for around 1 minute
6) Get "An Error Has Occurred"
One variation is the the AEHO message after step 4 before the character screen appears.
