Restoring destroyed/deconstructed items

Hey, I accidentally destroyed my VMSA 2h (precise greatsword, and my only 2h for that matter). I've already submitted a ticket for my precious weapon to be restored, but I was wondering about the delays that I should be expecting. Since it's pretty much my main weapon for PVP, does anyone know how long it usually takes for an item to be restored? Just to go and be productive irl in the meantime.

We don't have any way to determine how long it will take for Customer Support to get to your ticket, but I can assure you they are working as quickly as they can.

Actually it got solved after three hours, and The Shadowed Rogue Thomas is now my hero, so yeah I guess problem solved. Thank you Thomas
