The Horsemen of Tamriel RANKS and rules:
Lord Marshell
High Councilor
Lord Marshell leads the Guild Administration, Law, and leadership. He chooses the guild Campaigns and aids in the the overall war for Tamriel. The Lord Marshell is a master of all aspects of Elder Scrolls both in-game, lore, and technical.
Field Marshell

The Field Marshell is charged with management of Promotions/Demotions, moderating each guild chat channel, leading guild PvE, PvP, Trial events, and aiding members in trading/crafting/builds.
Field General
Councilor
Field Generals are players who are the best of the best. They are warriors, leaders, traders, crafters, dungeon masters, and know nearly every aspect of the game. They lead PvP guild groups and direct where we fight and what tactics we use during the war.
Company Colonel
Company Grade Officer
Company Colonels are trusted members who have been with the guild for an extended period of time and have had high experience as traders, PVP, PVE, and Crafters. Company Colonel direct battle under the supervision of the Field Generals. They assume leadership upon the absence of higher ranking leaders.
Company Majors
Company Grade Officer
Company Majors are member who have control guild PvP siege equipment. They aid in the distribution of equipment, armor, weapons, and even leadership on and off the fields of Battle. Majors are also responsible for dps, tank and healer test to aid guild members in proving they are battle ready.
Company Captain
Company Grade Officer
Company Captains have proven themselves to have great experience on and off the battlefields amd have proven to be leaders at the Supervisory level. They aid and asst. others in battle tactics and warfare. They also asst. Members in understanding the ins and outs of PvP and PvE.
Unit Sergeants
Unit
Unit Sergeants are the highest level of the first tier of Horsemen. They are charged with aiding new members during battle, and assisting in troop movements and securing Keeps, Castles, and forts on the field after a successful siege. They work closely with Captains to ensure all members in chat act with honor and integrity while fighting for The Horsemen.
Unit Corporal
Unit
Unit Corporals aid Unit Sergeants in direct siege efforts. They ensure the postion, protection and operation of all siege equipment is maintained during each battle. Corporals are used as direct supervisors during battle and are the first line of defense against all enemy alliances.
Division Scouts
Division
Scouts are mostly members who are skilled in subterfuge and can sneek behind or through enemy lines to gain intel on troop movements and enemy siege efforts. Scouts are highly experienced 1v1 fighters and can escape from capture and death while under fire from enemies. Most scouts are nightblades, but can be any race or class if experienced.
Ensign
Ensigns are new guild members and go through a 3 day trial period. Each Ensign must be active a minimum of 14 days or risk guild removal. Ensigns aid in the bulk of the guild and asst. in all aspects listed above as subordinates. At anytime an ensign can be promoted on or off the battlefield if they show experience and leadership in areas needed by the guild.
