Mindshriven Skin Bug(fix)?

On the live build, if you're a vampire and equip the mindshriven skin, you get a unique version that displays red eyes.

For those of you who don't have the item. It looks like this:


On PTS, the mindshriven skin completely overwrites the vampire visuals and appears normally. Like this:


I assume this was originally a bug. I'm also willing to bet this is an unintended bugfix, that is somehow connected to the costume overhaul in the DB update.

Ideally, I'd love for there to be some way to have access to both skin options (with the vampirism indicator and without), but I didn't see any mention of this in the patch notes, so if the original effect was intended... then this is a bug.

They really need to fix this my vampire charaters look to good, with soul shriven skin and thus skins should not overright vampirism.
I insist they fix this because soul shriven skin makes vampires look more vampiric It makes them look better, thus they should not have the soul srhiven skin overright but make it so it merges with vampirism like it does on live!
